Well we are in San Diego after a very pleasant flight and a great experience at the Delta SkyClub early this morning (5:30am).  We're fortunate to have this perk, in part due to all the miles John flew throughout his career, globe-trotting the world.

As always the weather in San Diego is sunny and mild and just wondeful.  It's always nice to come back and visit, where we lived for a short year in 1987.  But how things have changed...!

We were able to arrange early check-in around 10:30am so we're kicked back and relaxing.  John walked into OLD TOWNE and then to the pool with his books.  Robbi hungout in the room and vegged!  A long day as we got the airport shuttle in Atlanta at 4:30am!

Tomorrow we board the Volendam around 11:20am so stay tuned for more!
